I got to be honest I got fed up of waiting so I rang them up least I should receive £150 in September for my pipBumblebee1814 said:
I’m really sorry to hear that. Is it worth speaking to your MP about this?kristen74 said:Right I’ve been contacted and told I’m not entitled to the col payment with me being on both income related and contribution esa as I receive more of the contribution esa ie if was just income I would weekly only receive £30 plus but my contribution amount is £162.50 weekly and they said it’s unfortunate but it’s the government’s ruling. I been told be possible good idea inquiring about universal credit where I’d get extra support.Do you mind me asking how you were contacted, did they call you? Did you receive a letter? I’m only asking as I haven’t yet been contacted. I fear I may receive a similar response.DWP are not responsible for paying the CoL payment. To report a missing payment see link. https://secure.dwp.gov.uk/report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment/benefit-entitlement/You didn't answer my question either.poppy12345 said:kristen74 said:Right I’ve been contacted and told I’m not entitled to the col payment with me being on both income related and contribution esa as I receive more of the contribution esa ie if was just income I would weekly only receive £30 plus but my contribution amount is £162.50 weekly and they said it’s unfortunate but it’s the government’s ruling. Just a thought because you mention if your ESA was Income Related you would only be receiving £30/week. In a previous comment you said your partner receives a pension every month, how much is that pension? that will reduce any Income Related ESA you're entitled to £1 for £1.
I agree with calcotti your figures don't make sense.
Therefore at least part of it is Income Related as we continue to advise.

I'm no expert but contributions-based can only be for an individual as far as I know. It can only possibly be a joint claim if at least part of it is income-related.kristen74 said:It’s a joint claim0 -

Has anyone else who completed the CoL missing payment form online heard back yet? I completed the form on the 1st and it did say to give them 2 weeks to respond, but I’ve not heard anything.0

Disappointing that we haven’t had a response yet. Not much we can do until they contact us.kristen74 said:
