This is my invoice and they are even adding the date when i have to give another reading. I am having to keep myself calm, Its almost 5 months since i told them that i was going to switch, They have booked me in for a phone call with someone in 9 days time. Here is my invoice, But i did catch all of the summer0

I've just had a telephone call from Scottish Power!
They didn't seem very happy about being taken to the Ombudsman. They wanted to make sure I'd received my invoice. I asked when I would be receiving my written apology and goodwill. They were a bit evasive but apparently that comes after paying me what I am owed!0 -

You would have thought that you could bypass SP and go to your area Electric Company, Mind is northwest Electric but apparently its got to be reset by the current company SP0 -
Email today from SP saying the following Thanks for your mail
We inform you that your export 165000xxxxx at address blar blar blar is energized according to the industry department, so you should contact your new supplier to make the change, I hope to be of help to you.Waste Of Fing Time, They have not carried out anything and Octopus tried and failed to switch.. I have never dealt with such a company in my life, so i have emailed them back with the email that Octopus sent me saying Thanks for your email. Unfortunately the switched has failed again and you have will received the automatic rejection email from us sorry.
I have checked the national database and they definitely have not updated anything. It might help if you reply to them with the screenshot of the database I sent previously so they can see what needs to be amended?

Gosh they hell doesn't end does it. No I haven't got into the technicalities of getting onto Octopus for SEG yet, I recall they had their own seg email address so I might try that to see what needs doing to move things along.
I wonder if I can get whatever the issue is resolved by the Ombudsman, or will I have to open ANOTHER case against SP?!

Well the payment for the export from SP has turned up in my bank account
How do you check the National Database?0 -
I should add that I can check who my supplier is on the UK Power Networks site, and I can get my Export MPAN but nothing more about who the SEG is with.
Also these are in the original document from SP:4. OUR OBLIGATIONS

4.1. Should you wish to Switch and receive SEG Payments under the Scheme from another SEG Licensee, we will participate as required to facilitate the transfer to that other SEG Licensee. However, you are responsible for submitting your Application and all supporting information to switch to your chosen licensee.

4.3. Where you have Switched and chosen to receive SEG Payments from another SEG Licensee, we will continue to make SEG Payments to you until the Transfer Date. After the Transfer Date, the other SEG Licensee will be responsible for making SEG Payments to you.
8.1. The Agreement will automatically terminate:

That's totally different to what is happening to me. Here is the latest email regards my complaint with the threat of going to the Ombudsman

Having checked your details, I wish I could have resolved this issue for you. But unfortunately, we are not authorized to deal with the SEG related issues. In email and chat department we are not authorized for this. We can deal with the gas and electricity related issues.
For this we have our separate SEG care team assigned to it. they can be contacted via call. Unfortunately, they do not have any email address.
I am providing the numbers so that you can contact them regarding this. These are the numbers for the energy services team. You can contact them and get this issue resolved.
