I think it’s a good idea but what happens when it runs out? Will he accept that’s it for the month?

hmmm ... I'm not sure, I hope so, he did before, but then I did give him the 300 a month, I'm hoping it helps cut him down a bit, he has been drinking an awful lot lately.

Back to work today with a bump, I'm on a long day followed by 2 night shifts, deep joy.

We have an appointment tomorrow to meet with Mr Els financial advisor, I'm not too keen on what they have been doing and have a few questions to ask, Mr El just takes people at their word so believes all they say.

I think we may need to get to a stage where we get an independent advisor and have a chat, although we still have a few years to go before we retire we need to start pinning down the plans and actions we need to take.

    Have a braw day everyone

Cheers skinty, shift was ok, one of the people weve had working here for 6 months is going home to Italy, I will miss them, they were good company and worked really well.

wages in wages out ... I got £353 extra in my wages for the night shifts and on call that I did, I still have quite a bit to pay off the credit card and were still paying interest on it every month so I will put £250 to the credit card and £100 towards clothes as we both need things for next years holiday and it would be good start having money for clothes anyway.

The TV innthe living room has developed a line going down the side of the screen,  so we will need to start saving more money for a replacement, I wouldnt mind doing away with it but Mr El enjoys having a tv and would like a new all singing and dancing one, so that needs saved for.

We had a meeting with the IFA today, he seems to think we are on track for our plans but will give us a costed out plan for retirement and we can take it from there
