    Thanks Greent.

Well today as it's raining and my back is still a bit stiff ( but so so so much better) we went to the shops to look for some new walking shoes for me, no intention of buying them just now.. but.... I like to go to thos specific shop as they are very good with their advice, I've bought a few pairs from there before.

I was looking for more of an approach shoe this time, to help me with scrambling and a bit if a former grip on hills etc, spoke to a person working there, they absolutely dont recommend any other ones the the ones I currently have, which come in at £175, mine are kicked in but the colleague gave me information where to send them to to get re soled, I think I will get them re soled and maybe buy a second pair for wearing, I did see another pair I liked and the person suggested no they were not suitable as I have wide feet, years of wearing trainers and hill walking boots no doubt.

Mr El was looking at jackets as well £240 a jacket for up the hills and long walks but atleast I know he would use it so whilst it ain't cheap it would be worth it

Will need to figure out a way to be able to afford these purchases

will go for a little dauner later on before dinner, just been spending the day relaxing and doing little trying to rest my back but keep a wee bit active as well

    Hope your all having fun

I've added another space to my Starling account, this time for clothes, will need to put more than £10 a month into it though, so when we get home I will re look and try and jog the finances again.

Todays plans include kayaking and swimming, the weather isnt to be the best but Mr El and I need to get some relaxing time on the water, hill or other walk tomorrow.

Just being out and doing stuff, listening to the birds and watching the red squirrels is so relaxing, i can feel the work stress just slowly loosen its grip on my shoulders and brain. This really highlights to me that I need to work to my time frame and not try and sneak another couple of years working in. I had planned on retiring after Mr E as I am 5 years younger than him, and i may continue with this train of thought, but for right now, right now i feel we need to retire ASAP, hes done in with his work battle (4 years and counting) and I'm done in with my work (wouldnt even know where to start with explaining my work)

Back is so much better today, back to normal really.

    Hope your all doing well
