Wonderful walk today, so quiet and soothing for the soul, dragon flies and red squirrels flitting about and birds singing their wee hearts out,
I struggled
with my breathing but I did it

El, that's beautiful! I love red squirrels dearly. I see a lot of damselflies, but not many actual dragonflies, that sounds wonderful. I'm glad you coped with your breathing.2023: the year I get to buy a car1

It is beautiful here, The weather is mainly dry with rain showers, todays plan is kayaking and swimming again, a different loch and a different viewwe had brought our bikes with us but we left the keys at home, so brought them all the way for nothing... oh well atleast we have our other stuff.
Spending is still on track, although Mr El is talking about a meal in a restaurant one night so I reckon that will blow any savings we have made, tonight its sausages with gravy and veg, no other spends planned ( apart from the alcohol)
Have a great day everyone will try and take more pictures to show you how lovely it is
