Send it to complaints@bwlegal.co.uk and tell them to stop being deliberately obstructive by bouncing emails and pretending that a defence required by order of Southampton court can't be emailed. Here's the defence - it's served.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You don't have an account so there are no security questions that are relevant. In my opinion they are being obstructive.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks5

I just sent this to complaints and CC'd in [Removed by Forum Team] to.
See attached defence again, due to bounce back from parking@bwlegal.co.uk.Stop being deliberately obstructive by bouncing emails and pretending that a defence required by order of Southampton court can't be emailed. We had the same issues with your email system bouncing back my N244 application pack of information due to being read as “spam”.
Appended is the defence - it is served.
Its a good point though, the N244 I had real issues sending it because it repeatedly came back as spam. Then when dealing with [Removed by Forum Team] she constantly has out of office on saying:
"I am currently out of the office.I do not have access to my e-mails. Should your query be urgent, please contact 0113 468 3021 or email: disputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk.
BW Legal will not be put on notice of any documents received to this e-mail address in my absence."
I'll monitor emails to see if I get any more bounce backs but I consider it served now, and the court order I do so by 4pm, 22nd March, so within the court orders to0 -
Include the obstructive email responses as exhibits in your WS.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3

Oh definitely, I'm buzzing to have my day in court with these people. Whats the odds they do the same with the CCJ, press forward with their threats, then a day or two before the court drop the claim against me?
The best thing now and through experience from this; its a shot to nothing, so there is no fear! Ignore the fact I dont believe I'd loose anyway because of the help on here, but I know if I absolutely balls everything up in court and I do loose, I just pay the court orders and its done & gone for me. Theres absolutely no shred of fear for them to play on now, no threat of CCJ.
I like their note in their letter to me "IT IS NOT TOO LATE to resolve this matter" .... total melts.

Merciful Gods...Thanks to @Coupon-mad on the government committee and other stalwarts on here, this is surely a marvellous example of turkeys voting for Christmas. Onwards and upwards love Humdinger xx7

I guess now I just wait for the N180 form, and court allocation? I could work on my WS I guess
Do I have to submit a cost assessment? or is it capped to court hearing/milage and parking only? or can I use the costs I submitted when defending the CCJ? the £304 for "16hrs research" which is a bloody joke, probably realistically 5X that0 -
A costs assessment is always recommended ... standard costs (for attending court etc.) and extended costs due to the claimant's unreasonable behaviour. The former should normally be allowed; the latter are purely at the judge's discretion. But if you don't ask, you don't get.Jenni x6

Just hurry up and get it to court you're boring me now. I'm also glad you client is confident, it'll make it that much sweeter.
