So onto my defence, does it matter what I originally appealed back to Premier Park before I saw this forum? I was naive in my response which I can dig out if needed. I didn't argue I didn't see the signs or mention them, I said I didn't park, or get out the car. But I think my defence as well as those points in the NEWBIE thread, should also cover sign placement. 

However whilst looking at pics on google maps, its clear the site and sign placement has changed over the years considerably, and constantly to. 

My ticket was 2017, and my only source for a photo from 2017 would be from google maps, which is shown below, but taking 5 months earlier;



However 2019, you can see there are signs scattered everywhere - could I use this in my defence that its clearly been an issue for them to add some 6 more signs since my parking event?



I'd like to use the picture below to, this would have been my approach to the car park, and a good representation of how cars are parked daily. Impossible to see the signs, especially when behind the tiny sign which is a) arguably pointing in the wrong direction, b) there are 10+ neon light flashing signs at subway and c) behind the sun



I've also just seen a thread from @Daman1985 on here, and they took this pic AUG 2019, so I have no idea whats going on with their signage

I haven't got much time to post today, but another source of photos is here on the forum.

We had a number of threads about this place around 2017.  I remember it well and at least one thread had photos showing the 'now you see it, now you don't' missing sign.

@Coupon-mad any more of a steer? I’ve tried to no avail. I’ll try again on the laptop tomorrow.

I really wish I took pictures at the time because reading others and even putting the crap signage to a side for a moment; it looks to me like two bays were marked vets4pets and the others had no signage to indicate they where part of vets4pets which would be nice to add. 

How do they fight this would they have to prove when the signs went up or is the burden on me?

I’ve got a week to file a defence in time with the court order (which they didn’t meet!)

Evening @Boat_to_Bolivia, I’ve found that one mate, my phone is only showing up 7 searches from vets4pets in parking category but I wonder if it’s my phone, because I can’t find the thread with the Dropbox pictures either at the moment

No me neither so don't think it's your phone. I'm on my laptop but no success so far. I'll keep looking.

@KeithP thank you, I've read that one to. I've read all the ones I can find with he search, even searching achieves. Unless I'm doing something wrong but appears I'm not alone. 

I think I have to just move on and prepare the defence and rely on the google imagines available to me and base them around them. Times against me, as I did think after the deadline set by the judge that this case was going to be dead
