Only issue is its not something they share that easy and I'm struggling to find a correct address and need to send this today. I have parking@bwlegal and complaints@bwlegal but I dont think either are correct to serve to. I'll do some more digging on this site to see if I can find a thread
I spoke with their online chat, what a delight they are. They wouldn't provide an email and told me to fill in a form on their website1 -
I think disputersolution@bwlegal.co.uk is the one, but I'll CC in parking@ and complaints@ to cover all bases. ** update, they've confirmed this is ok **
I've been searching but cant find, what do I need to put in the body of the email? Just something like
Subject: Case No
Email: Please see appended documentation for upcoming set aside hearing.0 -
disputersolution@ ... is that a typo? Is it actually disputeresolution@?
Subject: Case No. - Defendant's {whatever it is}Jenni x3 -
Well, served, hopefully correctly. I couldn't find anything specific to put into the email so I just wrote ;Dear Sirs,Please see attached documents ahead of the upcoming hearing on 17th February 2023.There will be a second email to follow, due to email size limitations. Please confirm receipt.Yours faithfully,
(With the following attached: N244, WS, Draft Order, Cost Assessment)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Dear Sirs,
Following on from the below email, please see attached remaining documents.
yours Faithfully,
(With the following attached: Skelly in .pdf, BPA, Experian, and 4No case laws)

I hope this is correct and I didn't need to add any other wording?
I'll call the court tomorrow to make sure they received my folder OK. Then study, study, study for the 17th

Did you really say Skelly? Do you know what the document actually is, and that that is just forum shorthand?
No real issue - they'll understand (as they trawl this board anyway) - but in future make sure you use proper terms, not forum terms.
(Skeleton Argument)Jenni x1 -
Oh I the file is called skeleton
Its bounced back twice now though the second email saying its being rejected as spam! Not really sure how to resolve this and now panicking its not technically issued (well at least the second part)1 -
20 attempts later, they are still blocking my email as spam and bouncing it back
On the phone to them now, last people I ever want to talk to.
Does anyone know if sending a wetransfer is acceptable?0 -
Do you have another email address with a different provider you can use?

I tried from my business account, and my IT account and they all bounced back.
I've had automatic responses from parking@bwlegal.co.uk, the confusion is now I chopped and change attachments in the email attempts to try and find out which one was making it bounce back through spam
More of a note to myself this; discussed on the phone with them and parking@bwlegal.co.uk had received all the documents spread across different emails, I confirmed to the guy what needs to go in a pack together, he confirmed back on the phone. He said he couldn't reply to me via email to confirm, but the call was recorded. He said he's going to email to desputeresolution@bwlegal.co.uk ... put me on hold, then came back "saying can you hear me multiple times", then I said call me back, he replied he would straight away, but hasn't.
Now back on the phone with them. 40mins first call0
