Apologies all, I know its been a long, long thread. I really appreciate all the help though throughout and I think really there's nothing left for me to do but submit the skelly, with the attachments and case laws, then prep, prep, prep for next month.
Oh and serve those bottom dwellers and see what kind of bs they come back with2 -
last question @Coupon-mad, if I submit the folder method, do I need to include my witness statement, exhibits, statement of truth, costs, skelly, attachments and 4 case laws, right?0
-
I would, yes. A complete bundle.
With the skelly and case law it will be a lot of pages. Good old DJ Grand or DJ Taylor (I hope you get one of them!) will appreciate a decent paper file with every page numbered, dividers and clear sections.
For the Claimants, send it by email to the solicitor in dribs and drabs!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I'll bare those names in mind! Is it odd to be looking forward to it? I'm feeling very relaxed and confident, somewhat glad the court date was such a long wait as its just giving me more time to research and prepare, and read others threads1

You'd like to think so, but there isn't a deadline on it.
Its OK, just ordered some folders/dividers etc online, I'll drop it off to the court this weekend and serve BW legal the end of the month.
