It took about 3 weeks in for mine to come through, and I submitted by N244 about 2-3 weeks before you. I did ring to ask and all they could tell me is how far the back log was, but at least it put my mind at ease that something hadn't gone wrong. Though 30-45 mins on hold is a bit of a pain!

I'd expect it any time soon, I got an e-mail as well as a letter because of the Royal Mail Strikes

    Hope everyones well?

Coming to the end of the 3rd week since submitting. I'm being patient, just wondered is there a length of time where you may start thinking about phoning the courts to chase? say after 6 weeks as an example?
    You dont
Just forget about it for now until the courts get in contact
Why on earth do people want to chase

@Grizebeck I can give you one example. I went to get a new phone today, I'll happily send pics of my broken phone thats 7years old before I get the "do you need one" ... and got rejected on 0% finance. Shows you the level my credit score has been trashed. Now say the business falls short for a month, If I cant even get a phone, I wont be getting a credit card, or loan, for support.

The point being these cretins can just take people to court willy nilly, without any sort of due diligence for something I've no doubt they've been to university to study some degree of law and have zero repercussion for. If I could, I'd take these pr**ks to court and sue the back sides of them I would

Thank you Mars. Its the not knowing I agree thats worse. Based on you then I'll be hopeful some sort of response to be coming my way soon

A separate question, once this is settled and removed; will be credit score go back to how it was before? or because I tried putting a new phone through a finance agreement is it going to read as "credit rejected" and further effect my credit record?

Perhaps that's a question for the Credit file & ratings board.
