wondering if anyone can answer this quick before I hit submit; the various exhibits, do I hand write on them exhibit 01 for example?
Hoping for a quick response0 -
You can handwrite if you think it helps the Judge to see what's what.
Make sure the whole WS and evidence bundle is page numbered, too.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

You do understand that Northampton County Court is an entirely different place to the County Court Business Centre, which is also in Northampton, don't you?2 -
Yes thats where the CCJ was issued from0
-
Neither. Don't waste postage money.
The CCBCfees email is the right one.
Or send it to your local County court instead, and hope they don't ping it back to the CCBC in a circle (to be allocated back to the local court anyway!) because the CCBC are behind by about a month, it's been reported.
Your choice.
But your email addy is DEFINITELY wrong because you are not dealing with Northampton COUNTY Court at all.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
