I've not checked back, but is your case being heard at Northampton County Court?

You do understand that Northampton County Court is an entirely different place to the County Court Business Centre, which is also in Northampton, don't you?

Or send it to your local County court instead, and hope they don't ping it back to the CCBC in a circle (to be allocated back to the local court anyway!) because the CCBC are behind by about a month, it's been reported.

But your email addy is DEFINITELY wrong because you are not dealing with Northampton COUNTY Court at all.
