Email it on Monday, separately, and when you ring the CCBC to pay the fee, ask them to add the missing transcript (match up the two emails), or would they prefer that you email your application and bundle again (with the Piepenbrock case added as a stand alone attachment) while they are on the phone.
Then they could work with that email instead.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

what do I do now?
Breath, calm down, relax. I don't think there is anything you can do now, but please stop overthinking everything.
I have been following, this has clearly been quite intense for you (and others). In stark contrast to other threads that I have also been following.
Please don’t take that as anything more than an observation, and certainly not a criticism.
We are all different, very different - different life experiences, different abilities, different support systems. Those differences produce different questions, responses and approaches.
What matters is not the route or path, but that you got there. Well done.
Take time to breath, calm down, relax. I think your support team will still be here for the next stage.
BBC WatchDog “if you are struggling with an unfair parking charge do get in touch”
Please then tell us here that you have done so.6 -

Good Morning All,
I did get the below auto response from the CCBC "Please note that the court cannot accept applications via email if any relevant fee has not already been paid. Court fees can be paid by credit / debit card by contacting our Helpdesk between 9.00 and 3.15, Monday – Friday. Once you have paid your fee, you may re-submit your application via email to this address if you wish to do so."
I will speak to them and just confirm if its OK to resubmit a slightly amended version with the exhibit reference amended, and appended.

I struggle not to over think it, and I struggle doing stuff I'm not 100% confident in knowing why it's being done. I need to be in control and I feel in this situation I dont know what to do and I'm far from being in control. Also this sounds insane, but at this current period in my life, I dont have a spare minute in the day to do anything with whats going on around me. Its not always like this, but it is at the moment. Especially with some fast approaching deadlines of renovations I need to complete before other trades come in, in short I cannot give it the time I need.
I also had the time pressure in the back of mind to respond to it quickly and thought I wasn't able to.
Having a CCJ whilst living through a cost of living crisis is an extremely stressful thing to have.
I'm happy it's been issued, or will be corrected today, and I can be more composed going forward.
I really appreciate the support I've had of here.1 -
Pay the fee resubmit.3

All resubmitted and feeling like I'm back in the fight a little.
What do I expect now? a bit of radio silence for a month or so then an email from either BW legal or the courts?3 -
you just wait to you hear from the courts3
-
How shall we pass the time?
Shall we review 1-10 how I handle it?2 -
Hope everyones well?
Coming to the end of the 3rd week since submitting. I'm being patient, just wondered is there a length of time where you may start thinking about phoning the courts to chase? say after 6 weeks as an example?0
