Did the person check with kent for you? Who you spoke to? So frustrating but hopefully you’ll have some information when she’s back. Have they said what you’re waiting for next ?

Ok so without chasing again my broker decided to call Kent and found out valuation came back at asking price and they due to look at it Friday/Monday 🤞🤞
She said she will be checking daily now

That’s good. I phoned Kent this morning, they wouldn’t tell me much other than an underwriter is in the case at the moment but it’s showing status as “valuation instructed” when they had it back at the beginning of July!

i am worried

God knows how you must feel as you’ve been waiting a week longer than us. Can you speak to your broker and completely kick off ?

@Atena we really hope so can’t imagine how it must feel. I’m more anxious about this than I was about giving birth. It’s been so long now I feel like we won’t but keeping everything crossed.
