Thank you, I doubt it will be an offer I'm trying to mentally prepare for a request for more docs or enquiries with what they have 💤 we are on week 5 now since application. Our searches are due back this week so I'm worried the mortgage wait will stall the process (provided there are no further enquiries on what searches bring back) x

We've had a formal offer 😊 just waiting on the details....think my broker was that excited to tell me she hasn't actually looked over the offer, so just waiting on some more info. I'm actually shaking 😭

Thank you! It's come through quicker than expected so I'm in shock tbh they've stated I'll receive in the post and a copy will go to my solicitors, so I'm hoping it's what we need as surely they would hold off if they've moved the goal posts. Actually can't believe it 😭
