Has anyone put in an application for a shared ownership mortgage? That’s what ours is, I’d just be interested to know what Kent have been like with documents ect

I've put for shared ownership but single applicant. 
I will chase my broker end of the week as my valuation was only last Thursday.

Kent have been pretty much bang on with the timeframe advised for our app (18 working days + 7 for additional docs) and we've been given the full amount we asked for. 

I have adverse credit and 2 unsatisfied defaults, so hopefully that gives you guys hope yours will come xxx

Morning all just chased our broker to see if anything’s back a day early than the 8 of waiting we was initially quoted on submission of additional docs. 🍀

How often do you guys chase your brokers? I feel a bit awkward when I have to email mine but I've heard nothing from her since 10th of August. I do realise we were waiting for valuation which was done last Thursday but I would like her just to say on a weekly basis she's on it and still no changes or smth

I chase mine a few times a week as it’s been almost 8 weeks since our full application, I chased on Monday of this week and then today Wednesday. I also call them if they don’t reply to my email quickly. Might be a bit excessive but I’m so anxious and afraid at this point I have to. They’re pretty understanding. Remember we’re paying them a fee! 

I’m just always polite etc.

I chase mine nearly every day! He must hate me!
