Felt shocking this evening and wasn't sure if it was drinking so much water on 800 calories. So had an emergency handful of crisps and some of son2's trifle!4 -

Morning All
I didn't have a great first week to be honest. My 92y Gran was taken into hospital so it's been all hands on deck and hospital cafe food. However, I have stayed at the same weight, so not a total loss
This week I have all meals planned and counted out, and some lovely long local walks planned, so hopefully be better news next week. And my Gran is back at home and on the mend£12k in 25 #14 £10,474.10/£18k 24 #14 £15,653.11/£18k 23 #14 £17,195.80/£18k 22 #20 £23,024.86/£23k4 -

HelloWell done on the losses and sts.
I’m weighing in with a STS please Brambling.
So still 2lbs up on the end of last quarter. Was much socialising this week balanced with lots of exercise. Hoping for a deficit next week so less socialising or more exercising.Today breakfast was cheesy scrambled eggs with some salami, 2 coffees and a cup of tea. Other meal started with a small buffalo mozzarella salad then 2 chipolatas with buttered cabbage and for dessert an orange sugar free jelly. I’ve snacked on a tablespoon of peanut butter and a smidgeon of choc hazelnut spread.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

Hi
New strategy, I’ve given up on intermittent fasting and narrowing eating windows as that’s when my head starts rebelling lol. And being anti social was a disaster! I knew I was going to plateau ( I always do ) I’ve accepted it now. Surely if I use more calories than I consume it’s got to come off eventually! One day at a time and I’ll eat according to my hunger as it differs depending on my activity levels etc. I’ll plan the first two meals for the lower end of my numbers range and if I have a snack or/and a third meal I’ll be at the mid/top end of the range.
Today for breakfast chia pudding and Greek yoghurt and berry compote, flaked almonds. 2x coffee with cream and later a cup of tea with milk. For my other meal a buffalo mozzarella and tomato salad to start followed by chicken and veggies in a creamy pesto sauce with courgette “noodles” and sugar free jelly for dessert. There is boiled eggs and avocado and nut seed mix ready if I need to eat more.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025

I'm trying to expand what I am eating, just so I do not get board.
T3sco have been selling a chopped bag of coleslaw for £1 it does come the a ranch / mayo dressing for 75 cal for 1/4 of a bag - I have been adding fresh red onion from the allotment and using a tablespoon of light mayo - you could use half the dressing and half a bag would be the same 75 cals. good with a baked potato or chicken salad and great with BBQ turkey or chicken breast.
Also trying to have a hot lunch every other day, not ideal when it is hot, I have half a tin of soup, it does fill me and for some reason a hot lunch does help with hunger / snacking, I do have a fan on when eating.
Hopefully I will feel the benefit of the allotment, waiting for the toms and cucumbers to be ready, the fresh red onion is sweet and so nice, the spuds are being cooked with lots of fresh mint and I've had a couple of bunches of flowers each week for quite a few weeks. Peas and carrots won't be long now so will be nice with a lemon roasted chicken.
Hope everyone is doing well.MFW - 01.10.21 £63761 01.10.22 £50962 01.10.23 £39979 01.10.24 £27815. 01.01.25. £17538

Hello
Today breakfast was Greek yoghurt and fruit and slivered almonds, 2 creamy coffees. Other meal a prawn cocktail followed by pan fried courgettes, tomatoes and fish. Dessert a chunk of dark chocolate with peanut butter. A cup of tea with milk and the rest of my drinks are calorie free.
There’s plenty of things for an anti pasti plate with my fizzy water if I need another meal later.Old Style Weight Loss Challenge 2025
