Brunch - Greek yoghurt with raspberries and strawberries from the garden

Tea - pork loin chop with apple and leek in creme fraiche

Felt shocking this evening and wasn't sure if it was drinking so much water on 800 calories. So had an emergency handful of crisps and some of son2's trifle!

    Morning All :)

I didn't have a great first week to be honest. My 92y Gran was taken into hospital so it's been all hands on deck and hospital cafe food. However, I have stayed at the same weight, so not a total loss

This week I have all meals planned and counted out, and some lovely long local walks planned, so hopefully be better news next week. And my Gran is back at home and on the mend :)

Brunch - 1 egg, 1 sausage, tomatoes and a piece of black pudding.

Tea - will be BSD recipe veg chilli.

ETA - tea was not chilli. It was one piece of sweet and sour chicken, 3 chips, a few noodles and many prawn crackers, from son2's Chinese takeaway!

      Hello
Well done on the losses and sts.

I’m weighing in with a STS please Brambling.

So still 2lbs up on the end of last quarter. Was much socialising this week balanced with lots of exercise. Hoping for a deficit next week so less socialising or more exercising.

Today breakfast was cheesy scrambled eggs with some salami, 2 coffees and a cup of tea. Other meal started with a small buffalo mozzarella salad then 2 chipolatas with buttered cabbage and for dessert an orange sugar free jelly. I’ve snacked on a tablespoon of peanut butter and a smidgeon of choc hazelnut spread.
