Sheepishly crawling in…. After being away for the last couple of weekends and enjoying myself far too much, fish & chips on the beach, a lovely pie festival - you get the drift 😬 and now feeling sorry for myself with covid I have seriously over indulged and I really need to take control again.
I would really like to achieve a loss 25lb 😱 please @Brambling for this quarter not sure that this is achievable but this would give me a loss of 8st over a year! I can but try…. I will weigh in on a Monday for this quarter’s challenge.
Good luck everyone and thanks to Brambling as ever keeping us all on track - much appreciated!

Good luck everyone for the new quarter!
Unfortunately, it was a 0.5kg gain for me. Had a bit of a cold (non Covid) and combination of being sedentary and comfort eating...3 -
Bad news a couple of crisps, good news + no snacking in shop and no seconds :-)
