I’m starting my cardiac rehab course mid August, would like to lose some before then
I did such a course.
Starting weight - March - on scales wearing winter weight clothes, including shoes
Course end weight - early summer - on scales wearing teeshirt and other light clothing, shoeless
Fitness levels will also improve.
Start - They stop you walking when you know you could carry on easily
End - they let you walk for longer
I am somewhat cynical - they want to show the success of their courses - but it was nevertheless good, to meet others in similar situations.

Tea - hot dog6 -
Hi can I please join, I won't weigh in or set targets just yet - I am on a bit of a mission to do the easy lb's before I hopefully is ready to move on. I have had 5 weeks of inaction except for walking and have just eaten way too much junk food - but my elbow is better, I have been out running twice and that just makes me more motivated to eat less and feel 'lighter'. Also I need to fit into my wetsuit, so more motivation there.
I might combine that with intermittent fasting over the summer and try to stick with two main meals and two snacks! As that is more than enough. I really don't like the fact that I don't need to eat very much! Grrr. But I can do it. That and the old portion sizes - it is that easy - she said.
Hope everybody is well, and I will post my goals when I am ready!Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
