Sennen Cove Parking Scam (incorrect Number plate recorded week of 30th June

I have now found 3 people who were scammed by Armtrac Security at Sennen Cove Car Park, with the same issue the week of 2nd June. We all typed the correct Number Plate and the last 3 digits only were recorded. This Car Park was really full, there must be more people out there who were scammed like this. If we all link up it will be thrown out of court. I have a barrister advising me. Please message me, and I will provide my email address so we can make statements together for court. If I am slow to respond, please hang in there, I am going on holiday for 2 weeks tonight.

Not quite the same, but only entered last three characters as payment machine instructions clearly stated to do that. Other signs on site said full registration required but not the machine. Used the machine just to the right of the entrance when looking at the car park from the road.

    Appealed but of course rejected.

Anyone got (or able to get) proof of this by way of a photo of the rogue machine?

Evening and thanks for replies. Yep that's the machine in question and have a very clear photo of it showing the instructions. Other machine was covered up yep that's right - also have a photo of that.

Plan now is to send an email to Armtrac with the photo explaining that signage on the machine was complied with so will not pay and consider the matter closed. Have been advised to make a complaint to Trading Standards too which I may well do.

Faborson where are you currently with Armtrac?

Any advice on other steps to take/ideas very welcome.

A photo showing a machine instructing people to put in the last 3 letters or first 3 digits?

Have you seen the other thread? What to do and exactly who to complain to, has been discussed tonight.
