School pick up done.. Squeak had a major panic because she got a different number bus and it went a different way. She got home MUCH earlier though.

Having a cuppa and will start dinner.. I really dont want to though.. I just want ice cream I think. I will probably end up with cereal..

My house smells like a public loo (Jeyes fluid) .. it is so much nicer than cat liquids!

Really struggling today. I just feel like sleeping!

Dishwasher unloaded and reloaded
Kitchen cleaned
Cat's room hoovered
Litter trays changed
Had another coffee! 
Dog toys sorted out with a pile for the bin
Binned some old/empty makeup
Emptied out 4 sideboard drawers, cleaned, tidied them and threw away rubbish
Another batch of recycling taken out

Waiting until 6 and I'll start dinner.

Excellent advice YL and timely too. I've done my utmost to keep out of office politics today. Stayed in my office with K, who also found last week toxic and detrimental to her mental health. One day at a time. 

I called at PO on my way home and paid the rent, C.Tax,  and leccy bill plus withdrew cash to cover my hairdresser's appointment on Friday and pay the window cleaner the next time he appears.

I've refilled the bird bath and hedgehog's water dish, and watered my hanging basket. Come in, got changed and ...flump. And breathe....

Time for a cold drink and 5 minutes aaahhhh time methinks.

I have FULLY cleaned the kitchen and bathroom so both are sparkly.

Been to Mr m with DD - got quite a few reduced items - Parmentier Potatoes reduced to 20p (freezable) and 2 bags of mediteranean veg which are not being turned into veggie chilli.  They already include red onions lol - this will freeze into portions for meals for me (DD doesn't eat chilli) and I have made greek salad for my lunch tomorrow.

Hi all

Fayolle DS1 has an important appointment with the Gastroenterologist on Monday - we are at the other end of the country on holiday and he doesnt do hospital appointments without me.  I have tried to change it but they have made a big effort to get him in quickly, so no chance.  I have spoken to his GF who has said she will go with him, but neither of us could get a sensible answer out of him.  I am not mentioning it again, he is 23 and there is only so much I can do (wont stop me worrying though).  Oh and the car is "fixed".

Busy day at the paid stuff and I had to walk 1.5 miles to the garage to get the car.  Our sheets changed, some washing in for DS2, some clean washing put away.  Everyone fed, kitchen tidy, wont be late to bed.

Round sometimes I have to give myself a little talking to, I do rather have a tendency to overthink things.

Oooh I didn’t realise they did spare parts, don’t know why I didn’t think of that, thanks lovelies. I wouldn’t be without mine for drying laundry now.

An exhausting but good day. It’s quite chilly here tonight with a cold wind and driving rain so the children are in bed with hot water bottles and I’m snuggled under a blanket with the dog. The hens haven’t laid much today, just 7 eggs, proof positive of the drop in temperatures as they use their energies to keep warm as opposed to lay when it’s cooler.

hang out washing and hope it doesn’t rain ✅ no rain but 2 x wm done and dried. Iron pile worth viewing, I might sell tickets
get haircut ✅
ring hospital  - errr no, have left for DH to do tomorrow
take DD and her friend to station in big town ✅
strip DD’s bed while she is away overnight ✅ and washed and dried bedding
sort out ferry payment as the card I used was the one that the scum kindly hacked ✅
prep dinner for today and something for sc tomorrow✅ Sc veggie moussaka for tomorrow
boring paperwork (also looked at the budget, not looking too clever), ✅ including DD’s rent - will set that up tomorrow
think about what to do about a car ✅ DH going to phone garage tomorrow about getting a replacement, I’ve lost total confidence in mine.

Kitchen tidied, dw filled and running, WULTD, fridge sort of tidied by using up bits and bobs in a curry. 

That’s me done, just my knitting and GBSB to catch up on from last week.

Breakfast done and just finishing my coffee, then to feed the animals. 

Got the usual dailies to do today - unload and reload dishwasher.

Hoping to have a shed clear out too!

I created a new hotspot yesterday by piling the kit needed for three jobs to be completed on the dining table. I WILL get them done today so I can put all of it away before Belovéd returns. 

One of the cats found a small tray of aquarium grit that I bought purely to collect cat pee when I think they've got an infection, and this was the spare for next time.  I think I'll just chuck the whole lot out because it's impossible to get boy cat pee niff out although I suppose washing it and then soaking it in vinegar might.  It's just not worth the time and effort.  It's in the shower room along with a few other bits and pieces that need washing and then putting away. 

I'm just tired of managing 'stuff' to such an extent that I'm going to put a lot of things on Gumtree for Free to Collector.  It would clear a lot of space; it's not that I haven't tried listing it for sale but if there are no takers ....  I've also got a pile of stuff for the ScrapStore.  Maybe they'd take gardening stuff.  Either way I just want it all gone.

Does anyone want any seeds?  Some of them may be out of date but not all of them, and it would be easy to post them.  I've got herbs, veggies and flower seeds.  Message me if you do.

Officially LFT negative today 🥳 so want to get all bedding and towels I've been using washed. 

Off to the shed now. If I don't come back in a few hours, I've probably been buried under cobwebs and cardboard 😂
