I've also checked my leccy meter reading against the bill that arrived this morning- and I'll pay the bill at the same time as I pay my rent & C. Tax.

I've claimed my £150 energy rebate from the Council. 🐸

And I've done an LFT because I'm dripping with sweat, exhausted and have a headache. Negative result. Fluids, parrots and rest for a while then.

Is it hot or is it me? P&S said it's me. 🥵

Sides and small appliances cleaned in kitchen.
Rest of day will be knitting mainly.

It's now tipping down with rain here - I think I can hear the plants in the garden slurping thirstily. And my feet are now cold. I'm not complaining. Cold is good. 😉

I can pay the bills on my way home from work tomorrow. And cs bag can wait another week. 

I feel the need for cheese on toast.

And the urge to empty a carrier bag of stuff still lurking in the kitchen. I don't know which kind flylady has sent me this unusual urge....but thank you 😊

No good asking me round, I can't distinguish between hot flushes and normal heat sweats ..lol. Everything I do re housework always ends up with me flaked out under the fan trying to cool down.. I'm there at the moment as I've just hoovered all of upstairs thoroughly and I was dripping at the end of it...lol

I don't think it is hot but it is very close like we need a big storm to clear the air.

After lunch I have several hotspots that need clearing, preferably in the bin..lol So that's my job for later.

I was up before 7am (actually it was 6pm..lol) and I've got a slimming version of beef and apricot tagine cooking in the slow cooker. Can't believe I was preparing this before 7am..lol So all I have to do tonight is cook the couscous and dinner is ready. I just love a dinner that cooks itself 👍

Once the hotspots are cleared I'm going to sit down with a couple of dresses that need mending with a good film on tv.

2 x WM out on line and as it is so hot here was dry, folded and back in 3 hours later, this includes thick large towels, duvet cover etc.

Small food shop done

Bins done

Walking done

Cat fed and fed again

Thought my luck was changing, OH asked last night about 6.30pm if I wanted to go out, there is me thinking, nice meal, drinks, nice walk etc, but no he wanted to take both cars to the car wash, as they were grubby...........

Both water butts are empty again.

No weight loss, this week but none gained either

So far for June 336998 steps = 147 miles, so on target for July, Aug, Sept 1 million steps.
