Armtrac Security Services Limited was dissolved 12 years ago, Queensgate House very out of date.

1 Station House, interesting. No property transactions so perhaps worth spending £3 to find out.

To get Trading Standards to investigate we need to know where their physical offices are.

Thank you for your reply and taking the time to understand my concerns. You are correct, I personally do not need any help or advice, but others need protecting. I believe a significant number of visitors to Cornwall car parks over many years are victims of a deliberate scam, and note since contacting you, more have come forward to complain online.

Armtrac Security Services is the trading name of KBT Cornwall Limited (Company number 08087077). Their Registered Office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. This is however just a postal address (used by numerous businesses) where there is no physical presence.

The only address which they provide (for the receipt of cheque payments) is a Post Office box number in Penance, being PO Box 154, Praa Sands, Penzance, TR20 9WD. The company has gone to extraordinary lengths to conceal its actual location of administrative operation. I suggest for good reason, they are running a county wide scam.

Trading Standards must not shy away from investigating because of the apparent lack of a physical trading address. They can investigate and take action through proper legal channels without that.

That said I have been able to establish KBT Cornwall Limited trading as Armtrac Security Services operate from ...

If you want more evidence to widen it to Hayle as well, can provide a redacted copy of my friend's Rockpool PCN and the ticket they kept to prove they paid. Plus their appeal and initial template rejection letter they got.

I have their written permission to pursue complaints on their behalf and even though their PCN is cancelled they are keen that I progress complaints.  Happy for you to add this case to the complaint - pm me if you want to add the evidence of the Rockpool scam to your complaint. Shows it is a pattern.

They can't keep blaming the landowners for the machines, when clearly the common denominator is Armtrac.

I assume you have already made a DVLA complaint? I will be doing the same on behalf of my friends.  Refunds are required. Data was provided without reasonable cause and other victims will have paid.

Not sure I, personally, have any grounds to complain, yet. Maybe in September after my holiday
