We are going to boil ourselves clearing the landing. I have a chap coming Thursday to give a quote for putting in a loft hatch so we can board and use the loft as storage space.. it is an immense space and utterl0y useless right now.

Are you having a ladder installed at the same time?  I'd be interested to know the cost.  I'm intrigued as to why there isn't  ahatch already...

Hoovered, s&sd bathrooms, prepped food for dogs, prepped yogurt and coleslaw, made flapjacks which are now cooling and scrubbed kitchen sink.
That is me done for day now.  The weather is cool and very windy so I'm sitting down to read for the afternoon while DH provides me with food and drink.

Morning all, 
I'm leaving for work in just over half an hour. I've asked the kids and OH to tidy up while I'm gone. I didn't get much done yesterday I woke with a killer headache (same again today) and had work in the afternoon. So not much has been done this weekend. But that's okay. Kids have a teacher training day tomorrow, I'm working in the afternoon again. I have Tuesday off and they will be back at school. So I'll give it all a good go then.

Afternoon folks. We popped out to buy safety pins. I have to sew my show costume today. It is a sari and stupid I thought I would just have to wrap it around me.

DH has ironed
I need to do my work blouses as I have a separate iron for those. 

I tried the chat bot thing again for my bank. I have managed to move my inheritance out of my current account but I’m not convinced it is in the best place yet. I have now booked a video call for when I’m next on annual leave, wish the branches hadn’t closed.

Not sure if I have said that our conservatory roof has broken so I need to ring the man. Hopefully he hasn’t ignored my text on purpose.

Valli.. yes we are looking at a ladder too I just need somewhere to stash all the boxes and boxes of gibble.. it is overwhelming and having a space to sort through and bin some would be great.

The bites are feeling vey slightly better than yesterday.

Landing is cleared and vacuumed and we started on the girls room.
I paired a box of socks and Pixie put the junk away.
DW has been loaded.

I came down to load the WM's so that is next on my list.

2 binbags of rubbish and a mattress flung so that is a bit more room.

bed dismantled to be moved to Moomins room when she surfaces.. she was at work until 4am so I am letting her slob for a bit.

Cuddled various cats inc next doors for some reason he wanted to join in.

Chatted to NND, as they buried their father / fil yesterday at a family only event, but are planning a mermorial service / event, which is going to be very large, I've been asked to help with the food etc afterwards, so I've said yes, have a feeling I am gonig to be submerged in making sandwiches. They cast the wearth in to the outgoing tide at silly o'clock tis morning, they seem very calm about it all.

Joining Round and Fayolle in feeling a bit unsettled, but not able to put my finger on why.  DS2 has been collected without any dramas and all his stuff has been unpacked from the car and stacked in DS1s room.  I have binned his sheets and duvet cover and will treat him to some cheap new stuff.  He told us that he doesnt have much kitchen stuff left.  But where have your pans and plates and cutlery and things gone asked DH looking baffled.  There was no answer but they are going to decide what they need and club together to buy new stuff once they are in the new house.

Car is washed, some of DSs stuff is in the WM, his mugs are soaking in bleach in the sink (never underestimate how disgusting a mug belonging to a 21 year old student can get).  I need to do a mealplan for the week.
