Morning all

Still snotty here, but a fraction less tired.  Feeling a bit glum, work is a pain, worried about all sorts of things.  Have tried to change DSs appointment at hospital so its not when we are on holiday and no chance, which isnt surprising.  It will be what it will be.

Going to go into the office for a bit, no-one else will be in and I need to get out of the house and back to a bit of normality.  Have changed our bed and hung duvet cover out.

OH powerwashed where the toilet had leaked yesterday

I need to tidy the front room but my ankle is incredibly painful.. but I am being lazy. I will hang out washing, point OH at the DW and we can jointly crack on with the front room. He is going to pick up Squeak by himself and I am getting the other 3.

Dry stuff from the line folded and upstairs waiting patiently for me to ignore it at bedtime.

I might need to do a before pictur.. even though it is much better than the before-before picture would have been if I had not thrown a wobbler and demanded some stuff be moved.

OH back from shop with necessary sugar and milk..

oh.. and I de-stringed some baby cardigans and hats.. I will hand them off to DD1 later with a huge box of weetabix and some jam

Bedding changed, wm x 2 on the line. It’s likely dry but if I bring it in, I will have an ironing pile, so it can stay where it is. Spare bedroom turned back into a spare room again. Ensuite cleaned as per list, and kitchen inside windows cleaned, partly because it was on yesterday’s list and I did nothing else from it, and partly because at this time of year the evening sun shows the grottiness in all its true glory.
Just back from taking DD to a riding lesson. Kept my mouth firmly shut about the fear that it puts into me. She was fine, she just loves it.

Valli.. that is what I am trying to do.. sadly my arthritic bones are making it hard.. my ankle is incredibly painful at the moment. But I have done a air bit the last couple of days.

I paid some bills.

We are trialling a compression sheet on Dot tonight.. she kicks off covers and she cannot this so we are hoping it helps.

I am off to put away clean laundry and have a speedy shower and getting in my nest.
