The popular in-store cafe is understaffed, and you can wait up to 30 minutes for them to bring your order at busy times. The store itself is a large version, and there is usually another queue for the self-service checkouts.
On that front, Mrs U and I have used the M's greasy spoon cafe, in two different locations, a number of times, and I can honestly say, that on most occasions they have got our order wrong or badly prepared. You only have to look at the vacated tables and the discarded, half-eaten, food to see that we are not the only ones to have experienced that misfortune.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

What an arrogant response from Osner.
And this was the start of the BPA's downfall into shame, listening to OSNER WHICH SPREAD LIKE A VIRUS to the IPC

At least the article clearly "outs" Osner's shameful add-on scam.

No doubt the BPA will be telling the pub landowner what to say:-

    "Delay to Code
    consultation

     ............                     To support
    discussions with your landowner clients,
and encourage them to feed into the
consultation process, we have prepared a
presentation for you to tailor and share"

This hapless victim at Durham City Retail Park forgot how to Google, didn't do the flipping obvious and complain to the retail park or kitchen store, and instead just did a futile 'appeal' then rolled over and paid Ocean Parking:

    https://www.chroniclelive.co.uk/news/north-east-news/durham-parking-fine-overstay-car-26902695.amp

The good news is at the end but not for this paying victim, who did it all wrong:

"Ocean Parking no longer operates the Durham City Retail Park site and the site's managing agents did not want to comment."

Methinks the retail park had sussed what typical ANPR 'PCN machine' scam operations do to on-site businesses by shafting their customers, and would have cancelled that PCN, had the guy complained at the time!

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
