I have tried on several occasions but as yet haver never had a reply from any of them, even when one asked for help and support for the victims in the article.

In good news, it looks like ParkingEye have been kicked out of this retail park by a cannier than most managing agent who has realised it's NOT WORKING and is just penalising customers:

In bad news, Premier Park are reportedly ruining Kilve Beach car park which is described as a 'scam' site and even people who organise walks are warning people off returning:
