Note the opening comments by Anne. THE BPA WERE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CRACK THE WHIP BY GOVERNMENT
THE BPA PROMISED THE DAYS OF THE WILD WEST WAS OVER
The BPA lied .... The BPA let government down BADLY and should now be terminated because surely government could never trust them again.

Some of these stories are heart-breaking and the rest infuriating.
How do these scamming scum sleep at night?
@Coupon-mad et al, I admire your fight against these thieving parasites. You deserve a knighthood.
Thank you for all your hard work and determination.3 -

It's behind you....seriously though I agree; damehoods and knighthoods all round for the regulars on this board. And I don't mean the PPCs pretending to be motorists!3

We've already had a story a few months ago, about Smart Parking reportedly wrecking businesses and the peace of mind of shoppers at the Cherry Tree Shopping Centre.
Here's an update:
https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/controversial-cameras-still-fining-disabled-25771317.amp
Smart Parking are still infesting the place.
Apparently trade is down at one shop by 11%, two other outlets have closed as a result of the camera enforcement and disabled people are scared to return, after getting £100 fake fines and demands from DRPlus and CST Law.
This despite the fact that disabled drivers are exempt. They are just expected to jump through hoops to 'register their Badge' which apparently they have to read about in small print on nine feet high signs that no-one parking in a 'free parking' Blue Badge bay expects to have to consult.
And despite the local council already refusing planning permission for the ANPR cameras due to the damage Smart Parking are allegedly causing to the recovery of the High Street shopping centre.
But no, they are carrying on...PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
