Again it's an old video. You talk about body langauge ... watch upskirt Troy's mouth and gritting of teeth, clearly he was full of it ... nothing has changed with the BPA

Note the opening comments by Anne.   THE BPA WERE GIVEN THE RESPONSIBILITY TO CRACK THE WHIP BY GOVERNMENT

The BPA lied .... The BPA let government down BADLY and should now be terminated because surely government could never trust them again.

We've already had a story a few months ago, about Smart Parking reportedly wrecking businesses and the peace of mind of shoppers at the Cherry Tree Shopping Centre.

Smart Parking are still infesting the place.

Apparently trade is down at one shop by 11%, two other outlets have closed as a result of the camera enforcement and disabled people are scared to return, after getting £100 fake fines and demands from DRPlus and CST Law.

This despite the fact that disabled drivers are exempt.  They are just expected to jump through hoops to 'register their Badge' which apparently they have to read about in small print on nine feet high signs that no-one parking in a 'free parking' Blue Badge bay expects to have to consult.

And despite the local council already refusing planning permission for the ANPR cameras due to the damage Smart Parking are allegedly causing to the recovery of the High Street shopping centre.

But no, they are carrying on...
