'Chased by three enforcement officers'. Surely they're not patrolling the streets in threes, maybe the other two officers were new starts.

This is a clear breach of the Equality Act 2010.  Many disabled drivers can take a significant time just to exit and enter the vehicle, let alone get round the shops.  Another reason ANPR is not fit for purpose.
Another way to look at it is that 1 hour is ample time for the majority of users, and 90 minutes is given to account for those with reduced mobility; negating the need for them to request/register for an extension.

Here's a post from LinkedIn - a disgruntled customer of a parking company (you should be able to read without logging in). Caveat Emptor indeed.

That need publicising far more widely (not sure how) but I am pleased to see Jackson Yamba put forward - he and contestor legal have helped several posters from this forum.
I think he might now be stymied in light of Mazur. Immediately after the judgment he was attempting to garner support from fellow professionals for mounting an appeal. Whether that came to anything, I don't know.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
