    Are you on the latest version of the app?

    Have you tried whether re-installing the app fixes your issue? Or just rebooted your phone?

    Android, iPad and website all fine for me. Also no problems last week.

    No it hasn't.  I've used the Android app most days over the last week and it's been working fine.  It might be your phone that's the problem.

    You can access via text message if set up. You need to remove allocated device in settings
