The internet banking site has just started working for me (4pm). Needed to authorise using the app which still wasn't working just prior to trying the website, however the app kicked in just as I tried to use it to authorise the internet banking log in....0

It's still up and down, I managed to get everything important for today done but I might have a problem if this goes on tomorrow.0

Funny how these things happen on 1st of the month, last day before a four day holiday period, go on all day, in and out of access, or in my case none. No slack or tolerance in anything these days, always on some precipice or other. Talking about UK plc as much as anything. Trains in Japan run exactly on time in UK they don’t or don’t run at all. We are a finger click away from some huge meltdown ably fluxed by the most incompetent dishonest self serving so called government in British history.0

I can access internet banking but can't finalise log in as it relies on validation via the app, which is still down.0

Latest Service status update 7.10pm stating both Internet and Mobile banking are green for go and ‘good’.
So why can’t I log in still 😂 cleared cookies, cache etc, rebooted device.
Virgin, your useless online offering doesn’t work and has outages going back months, but let’s pretend it doesn’t.0 -
