Just managed to log in for first time today, under Your Accounts of which I have many there is zero zilch shown, can see some transactions on the right but left column completely empty apart from a little box asking me to manage my credit card online although I don’t have one.
Looks like it’s going to be a long night for VM IT and us all day kept out of our accounts customers. Clearly there’s a really BIG problem with their IT given the many outages reported over the last few months.1 -
Accounts list now appeared. Tried to make an internal transfer, sorry somethings gone wrong our end please try again later. Three attempts. Now I know where the crack team from tsb went to.3

Yay yay managed two internal transfers before it again showed the oops somethings gone wrong message.
Tried the online chat which is AI and couldn’t understand me so I just typed useless and it said we will connect you to a person. There are 14 people ahead of you.

I now have full access online and via the app, but only after restarting my phone.0

Latest service status from the horses mouth all green for go. Only I can’t log in yet again.

I have managed to log in, online and app. Like @dc_scotland, I had to reboot my phone for the app to work properly.
I also made several transfers in and out, all working at lightning speed.
Hope it works like this for everyone else as well.0 -
My app not working again this morning. Is it just me? Worked fine yesterday evening.0

Mine is working fine on iOS. Have you tried rebooting your phone?1
