Well done @OP - can you post result in the following thread (will be after - at time of writing - my successful Plan A post):-

Seems Morrisons are indeed so fed up that they have even introduced a section on their website for car parking charges:-This appears to be the avenue the OP took and it's paid off. Congrats!I can't post the link (Not been around long enough) but you can see it in the screengrab. Perhaps a longer serving poster could post the link for forum future use?

When will the penny drop with retail parks and Supermarkets that in most areas of the country, they could and should scrape the PPC off their shoes completely, instead of paying admin staff to deal with angry customers for whom a PCN is enough to drive them away?
There is a retail park not far from me that has never used a PPC and absolutely does not need one. The minute they use one (if they ever do), I'll be an ex-customer and will tell them why.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

That is interesting
The most important part to that online "help hub" is they want a receipt. I guess a credit card / bank statement redacted will be fine.
Anyone paying cash at Morrisons must retain their receipt.
Maybe we will start to see from other outlets use this method, well at least from those who appreciate their customers ?2 -

We always use cash for our shopping and to be honest who keeps receipts?
The next time we shopped we kept the receipt and sent the receipt, even if it was for a different date, and a copy of my Parking Charge and it was dropped. Hope this helps.
Also we do not have a Morrisons Loyalty Card.
We feel very lucky, so again thank you Morrisons.
Also a big thank you to you people for the wonderful guidance.

Glad to hear the Morrisons email I discovered in 2015 still works every time and staff cancel parking charges:
