They can hold the registered keeper liable.Does the Ms complaint form ask you to name the driver? If it doesn't there's no need for you to even comment on it.
cheers Umkomass.
I received an email from 2Euro Car Parks" declining my appeal! How do I reply to them to say " I will not name the driver" they say I have 28 days to reply but how there is no link?
this is on the email they sent me?????
""PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL - it has been produced from an address that cannot accept incoming email""
regards Kg
It is giving you 28 days to name the driver before they decide whether to accept or deny your appeal.
Clearly you do nothing but wait for them to deny your appeal and provide you with a PoPLA code at that time.2 -
Umkomaas said:Don't they mention POPLA (and a POPLA verification code) in that letter, because that's where the next stage of your appeal should take you.You seem consumed with 'not naming the driver', but that is a futile argument if the ECP Notice to Keeper is compliant with the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Schedule 4). Check it out and let us know. How to check for PoFA compliance is in the NEWBIES FAQ Announcement, first post.

p.s. I only quote "not naming driver" as its what every one on here tells me I must not do.

What do you mean you were told to appeal on the Morrisons website?
We didn't tell you to 'appeal' to Morrisons. We advised you to complain. Did you do that?
There are umpteen posts going back more than seven years in this forum, giving a 'donotreply' email address to use for Morrisons Head office.
I discovered the email address way back in 2015. Did none of the dozens of threads about it come up, when you searched this parking board only for Morrisons complaint email?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As KeithP says above ...... that is a phishing email by EURO to provide information they do not have
As the email says ..... "PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL" .... so follow what they say and IGNORE THEM. ... GOOD ADVICE BY EURO.
They will have to send you a POPLA code anyway ?
Don't get sucked in by the rubbish of Rogue traders get this cancelled by the CEO of Morrisons regardless of how much you spent

I sent email via Morrisons website asking if they could cancel the Parking Fine of £85. Used wrong wording "appeal" silly me, sorry for the confusion. The "donotreply" was on the the "euro car park" 2nd email.
Thanking you for your very valuable help! Yes I spent yesterday reading the Newbies Thread. I copied a few tips and saved for my next stage of this malarkey.
Have a great weekend all. Regards Kg1 -
