Hi all,
Back on this forum as I have been a naughty boy!
At the moment I am following all your advice!
Appealed online using www.eurocarparks.com appeal page.
"Parking Charge Notice Amount Due £85", but if I had of paid with in 14 days it would of only been £50, but I have just returned from holiday!
Been reading all the helpful information you guys give us with, I am very thankful for the tips you give us all.
Regards
Kg

Get yourself down to Morrisons, take your Ms loyalty card (if you have one), a receipt for the day in question (or cc/bank statement confirming purchases) and any from previous visits proving regular patronage, see the manager and he/she should cancel this. We've seen many such cases, I don't recall any request being refused.Ms seem to be the best supermarket in making sure their customer base isn't harassed and put off future shopping with them by any predator parking firm. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

As said, get this cancelled by Morrisons and if it is the landlord who employed these rogue traders, Morrisons they can still get it cancelled
Morrisons just like all the supermarkets, need every customer they can get what with the cost of living and the likes of Lidl and Aldi taking cash from them
It will always be your choice who you spend your money with ,,,,,1 -
So this was a so called overstay? Before you complain to Morrisons, please put your proposed complaint on here firstDo not attempt to id the driver at this stage, but an answer to these questions will be of use:Was this a genuine overstay ie a singe block of parking, or has it taken two visits as one ( aka double dip)was this "overstay" within normal store hours? Was there an odd restriction such as a shorter stay period on an undefined match day, or the week following a full moon ?How long was the overstay ( roughly)? Was an occupant of the vehicle shopping at Morrisons at the time? From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"1 -
I forgot that we'd been to Morrisons carpark site shared with several other shops on a Sunday and was worried sick re 60 min no return. I gave Morrisons local store a call on Monday gave them my reg and told them this was a mistake and I'd never done it before - the bloke said leave it with me and don't worry and heard nothing more that was over a year ago. Well done Morriosns.2
