As far as I can see, some means tested benefits. Housing benefit and council tax benefits are not included but are both means tested.DE_612183 said:eight million households on means-tested benefits will get £650 paid directly into their bank accounts in two lump sums - one in July, the other this autumn. We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -

They obviously haven't advanced the dates on the WFP pages yet as they probably weren't expecting this announcement.1 -
Not that I'm in any such group, but is the £650 for some, £300 for others and £150 for others still, etc in addition to the £400 for all?
So could an elderly, disabled person on a pension and benefits get all of the above?0 -
in a word, yes. Although they may not pay council tax, so not see the £150 CT reduction. Also, if they live in accommodation where the rent includes utility bills, they might not see the £400.keiran said:Not that I'm in any such group, but is the £650 for some, £300 for others and £150 for others still, etc in addition to the £400 for all?

So could an elderly, disabled person on a pension and benefits get all of the above?According to the factsheet, yesSO I think that means that a pensioner household claiming pension credit, state pension, a disability benefit such as PIP or Attendance Allowance and paying an electricity bill would get £650 (means tested benefit) + £300 (pensioner) + £150 (disability) + £400 (energy grant) - TOTAL £1,500[EDIT: Plus the previously announced £150 support payment being delivered by local councils if they are in a property with Council Tax Band A-D]1 -
Loads of different case studies in the linked factsheet.
