And did you receive the Claimant's case plan?
Please just do what I said. Please stop doing nothing! It'll only take an hour or so and you can email your bundle tonight.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Gosh, if I had been ordered by the Court to file a case plan over a month ago - I would have done so. God knows where that leaves you now.
While I have no idea whatsoever what a case plan is - I would have done as told and filed one.
Even if it was, my case plan is to nut the judge.
Presumably you will be back in due course complaining about the default judgment entered against you because you were too busy partying* to attend to Court orders.*Life gets in the way, Courts don’t care about that full stop. You need to pay attention to CM's advice.

Please then tell us here that you have done so.3 -
Is there anyway you could add a link to this please? I have had a look but was only able to find one by 'robertcox'.Coupon-mad said:
What do you mean you haven't paid the claimant's hearing fee for them? Of course not!marineralpha said:Hi Everyone,
So thanks for everyone's help but I've made a complete pigs ear of this. I haven't filed a "case plan" and also haven't paid the "trial fee" so I'm not sure what my fate is but from what I am reading this will have been "struck out" (not sure exactly what this means).
I know I'll get patronised and ridiculed for this but I have been under a lot of stress with a great deal on my plate and found this whole process just a bit too complex
Unless you were suing them, that's their fee to pay. You are the Defendant. You don't pay money!
And all you need to do is a Witness statement attaching your evidence, which everyone copies and adapts by using the helpful trial bundle posted by @aphex007
You can do that in half a day, it's so easy. It is all that is needed.
Have you received the Claimant's Witness statement bundle yet?
What is the deadline for WS and evidence as per the Hearing Order letter?
I'm going to get it off this morning as I am still outside the 14 day period for sending it in.0 -

Thank you for your input after admitting that you had no idea what a case plan is.
I wish it was down to my 'partying' as you assumed with complete conjecture but it was a little bit more sinister as my head wasn't really on the court order due to my brother hanging himself and me, my wife and children having to spend Christmas in a hotel due to flooding in the home.
Once again thank you for your input though.0 -
The username is a link to their discussions. He only has two threads.
You just click on their username and then click on their 'discussion' (on their Profile page).

So I've emailed a copy of my defence to QDR solicitors and to the courts a couple of days ago. I've also handed in a hard copy in to the court with a letter explaining that I can't attend in person (the order said to do this at least 7 days before the court date).
I also received the below from QDR yesterday though.

Defence? You weren't sending a defence.I've also handed in a hard copy in to the court with a letter explaining that I can't attend in person (the order said to do this at least 7 days before the court date).Oh no...did you tell us this before? You've just handed them an almost certain win.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
