So I've managed to finally get in touch and they said that they have sent a letter to my home already (I'm currently working away from home) explaining that they have recognised there error and it has been referred to the district judge.2

You can tell that because 'a copy of which has been enclosed' has been crossed out. If it was for the Claimant then they would've also included a copy of the Defence.3
