@AFoster90 in all honesty I have never seen a triple-rate tariff, others may have more information.
For comparison, the latest average capped rate on the electricity element of a dual-fuel single rate tariff is 28.34p/kWh and 43.34p/day Standing Charge.1 -

Using my usage figures for arguments sake?0 -
Are you paying 2 standing charges, or is that letter messed up?

@AFoster90 a meter sanity check is needed, as others have mentioned.
Turn everything off and make sure the meter is not showing any usage.
Check the rating of an electric device, switch it on and see if the meter moves/flashes at the correct rate.
I believe some immersion heaters have two switches, normal and boost, could one be accidentally on 24/7 ?
Has the thermostat on your fridge/freezer failed ?

On the heaters website the seems to be 2 versions, Timer and WIFI, Do yours have the timers or are they too old? You need to use timers or manually turn them on only when home, But it will still cost more than modern Night storage heaters on Night rates.

Going from your use from 27/3/21 to 10/4/22 your cost at todays rate would be an average of £14.49, that is £447.23 for 30 days/£462 for 31 days. So only slightly lower than the DD they ask for.
For the last 45 days you used electricity for £357.50 or £238.36 for 30 days. That is for a period were 90% of the users here had heating switched off completely already.
You usage is not high, it is extreme and does not match what you are describing at all. The amount they are calculating you need is unfortunately correct, and that does not pay off any debt you currently have.

What is you location? And a photo of the meter is often a good idea.0

Your readings tomorrow will be interesting to see if they point to something else as well...1
