Hi all
Very very tired. Did 10 hours at the paid stuff yesterday, cycled in this morning and did another 7 hours without a break to speak of, then cycled home in a thundershower.
Really hoping this tiredness isnt my thyroid but I have also been very cold which is not a good sign.
Anyhow, put a casserole in the sc first thing and did some mash and veg to go with it, put two loads of clean washing away, changed our duvet cover, gave the sink a good scrub, put my wet cycling stuff on a rinse cycle, tore up a couple of cardboard boxes for the recycling collection tomorrow, and hoovered through.
Late finish tomorrow so I am not rushing in to the office.9 -
YL, I'm not surprised you're tired. Just reading about your day made me feel exhausted Look after yourself
DW set to come on later,

Kaz I have just got a new phone on contract (5g smart phone) I use all sorts of apps, and always forget to close them, but I am at home a lot too so use WiFi. I am paying £23 for the phone & airtime. The most data I have used in the last 6 months or so is 1.3gb. If you only use the walking app, is it worth getting a fitness watch?
Tomato seedlings potted on; cucumber, luffa & a few tomatoes in big pots in GH. Takeaway had at DD2's (her treat - I did offer her my card). DW put on when we got home, so the kitchen is tidy 🙂
Busier day tomorrow with 3 children (3,2 & 2). I am definitely taking the double buggy to group tomorrow as getting the 2 year olds to walk was NOT fun last week! 😱🤣 Apparently they don't like using reins!! 😐
Hugs, sticks & spoons to those that meed them. Goodnight all x7 -
Valli hugs xxGI, I have / had a fitness watch but to make it work I need it to stay linked to my phone and it keeps loosing bluetooth connection, it needs to stay linked to my phone so I can alter my weight etc. OH when I ask him for help, he is just being an xxxx, he says I won't spend the money on devices so I get what I've got and really is no help what so ever. I simply don't have anyone else to ask, except you lovely FL.Off to big city today, dentist, take OH's bike part stuff to supplier bike shop for adjustment, cat food, food shop.Workman hung one door yesterday, he will be back Thursday to do the other.Have a good dayBreast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Morning all
DD had a meltdown last night. Doesn't help that we suspect mum has some form of dementia, so DD is scared.
list is up

Morning all. Hugs to Valli and anyone else struggling with a lot to handle.
DGD1 is one today. Where has that year gone?
Today, DD is visiting With DGD2 so I'm not sure what flying I'll do although I aspire to mop the floors as it's the only job on yesterday's aspirations I didn't get done.
Have a great day everyone.Spend less now, work less later.9 -
Oh Valli that's really good news. Hope DD is OK xx
Slept like the dead last night. Going to do a gentle workout then shower and on with the day. Bit of washing to hang out, I am going to take the car because I need shopping and its a late finish tonight.
Still worried about my thyroid but will see how today goes.
Have a good Wednesday all xx8
