Finally did my laundry. Or at least as much of it as I could fit in the gym bag. I am awarding myself extra life points as I did so after a walking day at work and waddling up the road thanks to the period monster. And because I bribed myself with a KFC.
Read a horrifically sad book this morning- I'm not sure what Jill Mansell was thinking but it was not a plot I could be sympathetic to really.
Have not been home much this week and it shows. Air fryer is on the floor. Pong the Poang chair is buried under clothes. I am buried under hot water bottles and eating Doritos for breakfast. Adult life is delayed for another weekm

You hereby earn the Laundry Badge - the rest can wait till you have less to contend with. But clean laundry is a definite victory and deserves KFC. Sorry about the book, though. Have you anything more positive to read?

The books are piling up Cherry. I'm currently wading through Principles by ray dalio. Amongst others.
Not much to report, scheming away.

The fibre people are here installing my broadband at last. I mean, it's been a 2 week wait for a date I picked but the wait has been interminable 🤣🤣🤣
I held off doing anything else until they had finished (nothing to do with the sore leg, period monster or cold that have been plaguing me this past week 🤦♂️) as I didn't know what route they would need to take the cable through.

Happy new broadband!

The kitchen situation has marginally improved by putting my microwave on a stool. This means I now have table space. I have succumbed and bought a proper island table thing from big river which should arrive next week.
Got very excited last night when I realised broadband meant that I could plug in my Google home again. Admittedly I use it mostly as a clock and moving photo frame just now.
I keep thinking of more things to buy which is annoying but not as impulsive as it has been in the past. I am able to park buying decisions until I understand them better which is a win.
Absolutely wasted tired after a 4am wake up and a busy day at work. No progress on job hunting except a rejection from my old cleaning job. Am not particularly motivated to look for work at the moment. I do have 3 weeks off coming up which will hopefully reset and recharge.

Happy new broadband! And three weeks off sounds like a very good idea. Well done for resisting the urge to just order stuff. I am amazed how the desire to buy eventually fades, though it can take me a while.

CRANKY COLLEAGUES AND NAKED BEHINDS
The week has started off well 🤣🤣🤣
Came home yesterday to find my new kitchen island table thing on my doorstep. Which was surprising as it was supposed to be delivered Wednesday 🤷
This was a planned buy though, my current folding table situation is not cutting it now that I have more than a microwave and a kettle.
Now that the weather has improved I'm almost liking my job again. However my colleague came back from holiday to find that his job had not been covered the whole week and he Was Not Amused. After twenty years you'd think he'd be used to it.
I have earn some money on my task list this week but have not been particularly motivated to do mystery shops. I thought to myself yesterday that if I don't spend any money then I don't need to earn any more (just now) then promptly spent £7.70 on hot chocolate and a cinnamon sugar cookie. However there were mitigating circumstances. Delivered to a tower block only to find a gentleman walking around with his pyjamas at his knees. Thankfully I only got a back view 🤯 but it was nonetheless enough to send me screaming for comfort in the form of sugar.
Had some random energy bursts when I got home so I packed up some books for selling which will hopefully be collected today. £12.91 worth before I got tired and had to stop.

I think boredom beats hairy bums INOD 🤣🤣🤣
Tried baking in my new air fryer this morning surprised by how well it works.
In for another day of too much work and not enough time. If I wasn't scheming I would be tempted to go on holiday in April and just not come back.
