I imagine you are in extra need of good nutrition now you are doing so many steps! If you have a freezer at the flat, could you do some portioned-out home made soups to balance out the nutrients?

We don't have much choice on TGTG either but it's slowly developing. I've only actually used Olio for the Iceland discounts, but those are very useful so long as I stick to healthy stuff and resist the doughnuts.

How did the allotment go? I'm trying to get out in the garden every day while this lovely weather lasts. Besides, it needs more hours than I give it!

It isn't something I pick up from regularly @BlueJ94. It is quite small where I am for non food stuff. The food side is quite active though and it is good if you are wanting yellow sticker stuff from supermarkets

Allotment has not gone anywhere unsurprisingly. I was inexplicably tired/drained last week which turned out to be shark week related. Glad to have an explanation for it but did mean not much got done physically or mentally.
Perked up a bit today, thinking that I can get an hour at the allotment in the morning and then use it as a learning experience to see how taking a short time to do something each day builds up.

Nothing like waking at 4.29 with a stream of thoughts running through your mind.
Yesterday was a s**tshow of mess at work that resulted in me accidentally taking out way more than I could handle in the time allowed. Will there be consequences today? Who knows. I've chalked it up to lack of experience/training anyway.
I did deliver to someone yesterday whose idea of a good time was hanging out in their shed in their pyjamas at 2 o'clock in the afternoon smoking weed. So I feel better about my life choices.
Me and my email have been busy this morning with dental shenanigans. I got a phone call yesterday asking for a £10 deposit for the appointment next week. Having thought about it overnight I've decided that it bothers me too much and I've decided to cancel the registration and find a different NHS dentist. I've asked for an appointment at the private dentist to get the bothersome tooth fixed.

Hmm, my friend used to make a point of being dressed before the postman arrived.
A deposit request for a dentist. That's a bit cheeky...
