Rest up and take care, Emma and keep taking the painkillers. Do you have any arnica tabs? they are more effective at minimising bruising than the cream. Oh, and ditch the coat - it’s obviously cursed.😱3

It will take time Emma, but you will feel a whole lot better. No wonder you are feeling so down at the moment.Don’t be afraid to ask for help from those who have offered before you need it.
As you say, you would help others without a moment’s hesitation.27/5/17 Mort 64705 BTs 1904031/12/17 Mort 59815 BT 1673007/04/20 Mort 49208 BT 1572128/07/20 Mort 47387 BT 1263414/11/20 Mort 45905 BT 10134 20/05/21 Mort 42335 BT 686811/08/22 Mort 32050 BT 2915Sealed Pot Challenge 16 Number 53 -
Oh Emma 🤗 You have had a very nasty fall and it's going to take some time to get over it physically and mentally. It's not going to be business as usual for a while so don't expect it to be. Put your health and recovery first (yes - even above the debt) and have a think about what it is you're going to need to get well - from yourself and from others. Ash OH to be patient and tell him what you need from him at the moment. You can't pour from an empty pot so give yourself permission to put yourself first for a while.

Hey EmmaI have been following your diaries - never posted before. You sound like an amazing woman who has had some (very) bad luck along the way but you always find the courage to pick yourself up and carry on.You sound so caring and selfless always thinking about others before yourself.....very admirable but you also need to put yourself first, which by reading on here, doesn't come easy to you.I can't believe some of the things I have read, I just can't imagine having such toxic people around who just take take take from you. I know you appear to be a private person and don't throw pity parties in public and only have them on your own, it is just so sad to read that you don't get the support that you give freely even when those closest to you knock you down time and time again.Don't give up....you have the love and support from those here and it's good that you can vent somewhere.I just wish I could wave a magic wand and take all of the hurt and pain away (and debt) unfortunately I can't, but you will get to that magical place that you to be and you will be a stronger person for it.You stay strong - you can do thisSending virtual hugs to you.xx5

Hi Emma
I was reading an article this morning and came across this quote:
'Start accepting people for who they are but place them where they belong. Begin making realistic decisions about where they fit into your life based on who they keep consistently showing you they are instead of who you want them to be.'
It really resonated with me and made me think about your situation too.

Happy birthday Emma xSealed pot challenge 822

Belated happy birthday 🥳🥂💐
Not very romantic is it “move in with me it will save you money” A sentiment with more chance of success: “move in with me I can’t live without you” I second keeping your independence at least until you feel you’ve succeeded in your personal targets, I think you deserve the sense of achievement that will come by doing it for yourself. Onwards and upwards.
