    The usual, as you can read about in any other Gladstones thread.  We recommend you read other Gladstones claim threads to remove any lingering worry that anything you are getting is new or different.  It is also the best way to prepare.

    Hiya, i'm looking to finalise my witness statement but have read on more recent posts that a new template for witness statement has been posted by @aphex or @SJRRJS 

    Sorry, if im being rubbish at this, but I can't seem to find how to access it.

    I did download a version from robertcox999 - but just read through the thread fully and it looks likes this has been replaced

    can someone post the link on here please for WS template - thanks

    As @Coupon-mad wrote it is a link but - Click on the user name and it takes you to their profile, then click on discussions and scroll to the bottom, where you will find ..... er ...... the discussions!

    ok, phew - as mine is at 50 pages, I've included the Excel vs Wilkinson Approved Judgement – Bradford CC - which is 10 pages long - does anyone have a link to a clearer version, as the one I got is blurred

    WS goes off tomorrow - just over 2 weeks to court date
