Oh no - my mistake - I am the named person who has the contract with the lease company. The car is leased.... -I am not the registered keeper -0

Are you planning on admitting to also being the driver? Most defendants do, if true, as they can then recount the story of what happened in their later WS.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I've had the SAR docs through -
1. does it matter on the timing of the ticket? - they waited around 3 minutes from the pics?
2. Apparently, they waited 2 months before 1st letter to lease company
3. Apparently, they wrote to me 3 months after ticket issued
