In your opening post you told us you are the Registered Keeper.

    Was that not right?
  • Oh no - my mistake - I am the named person who has the contract with the lease company. The car is leased.... -I am not the registered keeper -
  • Sorry people - I must sound like i dont have a clue..... (probably right)

What were you planning to write there?  You've told us your connection to the car so tell the Judge.

Are you planning on admitting to also being the driver?  Most defendants do, if true, as they can then recount the story of what happened in their later WS.

PCM won't acknowledge receipt of your SAR - there is no requirement to do so. Wait for the SAR data to be sent to you within 30 days of your request.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

I'm unsure what to write here specifically -

    2. It is admitted that the Defendant is the leasee of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.

I've had the SAR docs through -

    1. does it matter on the timing of the ticket? - they waited around 3 minutes from the pics?

    2. Apparently, they waited 2 months before 1st letter to lease company

    3. Apparently, they wrote to me 3 months after ticket issued
