Im looking for the link which has the email address to send my defence to - & what to put in the body of the email and what to call the file attachment - 

any ideas?

Ok - I have scheduled the email with my defence attached to be sent to CCBCAQ & also c.c. to Gladstone tomorrow morning. 
Now i wait for the DQ - does this have a time limit to be completed by?

Yes. Keep following that guidance and read the covering letter with the DQ.

I've read through the DQ guidance and this seems straight forward - I will wait until this is sent to me and complete it
