You've cropped off the top - which company is that from?

It's not a letter of claim by any means - for a start it doesn't give the expected 30 days to pay per the pre-action protocol.

That's the supposed Andrew Hunt at DRPLUS!  You know, the guy who 'works' with Abigayle Wheeler, or whatever name they (seemingly) invent next.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

No worries Jenni - it's just another stupid letter from the DRP. They've just gone second level on the threats. Terminal notice and and imminent court action blah blah 🙄

Read some stuff on the forum and ots put my mind at ease. But as i said earlier you can see how they could scare some people if they don't look on this forum or Google beforehand!

We have laughed at that ridiculous letter before it's, garbage and an insult to your intelligence.
E.g. "does the parking site have clear signage relating to the the charges? Yes" how on earth does he know I doubt he has ever driven into the car park, and he certainly won't have a full audit of the signage, utter cobblers!
  • Hiya guys,

Not sure if anyone is still reading this thread - but I was wondering how long this goes on for? I've had two more 'threatening' letters from DRP since the last one I mentioned, its been quiet now for the last few weeks...

What you need to look out for is a Letter Before Claim LBC. Then you will need to take some action.

From memory I had around six letters from DRP and Zenith before the LBC.  I responded to the first basically to say that I would not be engaging with them and to refer back to the PPC and not send me any more letters as I would not be responding. They still wrote and I still ignored them. They did make an offer at one stage which I still ignored. When they made the offer it was an amount with 99p on the end.  :). As if that would make a difference.

You really do not want to engage with these people at all. They are the a-se end of the financial services industry.

I appreciate your response, I will keep a look out for the LBC and refer back here on how to deal with it. Until then, I will keep ignoring any DRP letters.
