As long as the OP does not ignore the LBC then that is the main thing.

  • I think I was trying to gauge how long this process goes on for? Reading some posts it seems to go on for a long time! So far my has gone on since February. The original parking ticket was Feb 28th. How long is a piece of string before getting the LBC?

Up to 6 years .... but likely to be shorter.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

  • Hello,

Just received a CST law letter on behalf of DRP

What does this mean in the grand scheme of things?

    Thanks

It's just more debt collector bog paper and doesn't require you to do anything.

DRP Limited are a debt collector - they have no standing to bring a claim in their own name, as the alleged debt lies with Smart Parking. It therefore follows that CST Law cannot bring a claim on behalf of DRP Ltd.

    Hello,

I think it may have finally happened; I've received a letter from CST law stating its a letter before claim.

Should I send a photograph of the letter?

Any help on my next steps would be much appreciated.

  • This is the front part of the letter I have received.
