Have got a plan of sorts but things may end up changing! Trying to use up some things from the freezer as well:
F - sticky thyme and mustard bacon chops, new potatoes, green veg
S - spaghetti bolognaise (from freezer)
S - roast chicken dinner using some chicken pieces from the freezer (will cook extra chicken)
M - cold chicken, chips, beans
T - faggots, mash, veg (from freezer)
W - chilli & rice (using HM tomato & chilli sauce from freezer)
T - shepherds pie, veg (use savoury mince from freezer)
Let's see if we actually manage to stick to the plan!

Hi guys
My menus tend to swap round depending on if DS2 is coming for tea. Often he can end up working late and so I swap the stretchy meals to those days if that makes sense. Also I’ll just put veg as I tend to use what needs using first
M Toad in the hole with veg and gravy
T Tuna and sweetcorn pasta
W Chicken curry and roast veg
T Cheesy mash with baked beans
F Egg and chips or fish and chips
S Pork sweet and sour and rice or noodles
S Quorn chilli with rice or chips or in a bowl with bread and butter
