As stated elsewhere, look at the Tracker and Agile tariffs, they are lower than this, capped and no exit fees, though they do require that you don’t swap out again during the first 28 days.1 -
I fixed a few days ago on the Eon Next online v19 tariff with the view that it had no exit penalty so if the price cap increase wasn't as bad as feared, I wasn't stuck with it.
I can't seem to find out on my Eon account how much the new v20 tariff is and whether I am better off staying with the v19 or moving. Does anyone have in insight into what the v20 tariff is?
I am in London and have a day/night rate for electric.
v19 has Electric at 32.23 standing charge, and unit rates of 66.52 day and 50.58 overnight and Gas at 27.22 standing and 15.26 unit rate0 -

I keep checking my account but can't see any change yet, I'm hoping it's because they are so busy!!

I was told on Tuesday last week that v20 rate was 52.6 p/kwh and 49.65p/day Electric, 13.32 p/kwh and 27.22p/day Gas, I don't have night rate and live in East Lothian so not sure how good a comparison that is

Just went onto my Sainsburys account and the tariff is there, even if it was a rogue advisor I think they would have to honor this now so quite relievedFor others might be worth checking any tariff offers you've been made in the last three months by email and ask to go on it, they can only say no.
