Thank you for your comments. It's my first time to sell and it's obv a weird market to be in. My EA has a photographic memory, but also I know she rang her last of ppl that were interested so believe that is why we've got 8 so far. Advert only went live on Monday, and email alerts on RM went on Mon night, so wondering if there's more parties coming forward.ReadingTim said:As with any sort of ad, there will be an initial rush from existing buyers looking for what you're selling. Once they've all been exhausted, you're down to a slower trickle of new buyers coming to the market looking for what you're selling, returning buyers - those whose purchases have fallen through, but looking for what you're selling, plus those not necessary looking for what you're selling but who are open to a different thing to what they thought they originally wanted (or who can't afford it). And timewasters.
Your ad is clearly getting them in the door - hopefully an offer will materialise soon.0
